Returns and Cancellation

Effective for products purchased on or after the date indicated on the accompanying purchase documentation.

1. Returns and Cancellation

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from Amersol via a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Requests for return must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery. Returned products must be in original, unopened, and resalable condition in their original packaging. A restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) of the original purchase price may apply. Custom-manufactured, modified, or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Amersol reserves the right to cancel or modify any order prior to shipment. In such cases, Customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid for the cancelled items.
